Kiss Kouture Online Return/Exchange Policy ( ONLY ONLINE ORDERS)

We recommend all customers get measured properly before ordering dresses.
Please follow the guidelines of the size chart for the company of your choice.
All companies have different sizes. All local customers may come in for the
proper measurements. All merchandise purchased online are considered
special order. There will be no returns or exchanges. All cancellations must be
made within 24 hours. We will call to confirm order. If we are unable to reach
you within 24 hours we will proceed with the order.

Kiss Kouture Try-On Policy
When you visit our store you can try on as many dresses as you wish. All we
ask is that you have on all of your undergarments when trying on the dresses.

Can I exchange MY ONLINE ORDER?
Yes. If exchanging you have within 24 hours of receiving your shipped gown,
to email Kiss Kouture regarding the problem with your item and 7 business
days to return the item which the customer is responsible for.
Unauthorized returns will not be honored, and Kiss Kouture will not be
responsible for any items returned without a tracking number. Kiss Kouture is
not responsible for any items damaged as a result of improper care, including
failure to follow all handling and cleaning instructions.

How does exchanging the gown work? (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)
All exchanges must be of equal value or more. Any items that are
discontinued are FINAL SALE, they will not be eligible for exchanges.
When returning the gown it must be in the same condition as shipped to you.
(Ex: On the hanger, Folded, In plastic/ garment bag, Tags and labels still
intact.)
All exchanges are subject to Management’s approval, it will be under Kiss
Koutoure’s degradation if the gown will be allowed to be exchanged.

What is the return policy?
Kiss Kouture does not issue refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase you will be issued a Kiss Kouture EGift (Store Credit).

What happens if my package gets lost?
Kiss Kouture is not responsible for any lost shipments.
Exclusion:
Please note that unless the item is faulty, the following items will not be
exchangeable.
-items that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
-sale items, markdown items, items sold during promotions.
-discontinued items.

Will I have to pay for Postage and fees?
Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, postage fees and rush fees
cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s own
expense.
All returns must be shipped via UPS ONLY
Kiss Kouture is an authorized retailer for ALL designers on our website. All
dresses will be shipped in the original packaging with authenticity tags
attached. Beware of cheap imitation dresses for a much lower cost. All of our
stock comes directly from the manufacturer to guarantee a genuine product
for your money.
