Founded by Windy “Kiss” Harris, Kiss Kouture is a bridal, prom, and formalwear boutique at 26927 Plymouth Rd in Redford Township, Michigan.

Windy Kiss Harris founded Kiss Kouture with a purpose that reaches beyond gowns on its racks. As the boutique’s owner, she brings her commitment to community work onto the shop floor, volunteering with local organizations that carry that same spirit into the business.
By her own account, she took life’s hard seasons and made them fuel for something bigger than a store. Her philosophy fits on a sticky note: “Nothing is happening to you, but everything is happening for you.”

We keep track of schools and gown styles through our prom registry. If you buy a gown from us, we won’t sell the same gown to anyone else at your school. On paper, it’s a simple policy. At seventeen, when prom feels like one night that’s supposed to be entirely your own, it can mean much more.
From local mentorship programs to our signature Proms for Moms initiative, we believe in giving something back to the neighborhood that makes our work possible. A boutique should leave the neighborhood better than it found it.

With some gowns starting at $100, finding a dress you love doesn't have to mean stretching your budget beyond what feels comfortable.
We also believe that finding that dress takes time. That’s why every appointment lasts two hours: ninety minutes to try on gowns and place an order, followed by thirty minutes for our team to disinfect and reset the fitting room.

For Windy, helping young women feel special goes beyond finding the right dress.
That’s why she founded the Kiss Kouture Foundation, a nonprofit that donates prom gowns from the store’s inventory to qualifying students. The aim is simple and straightforward: to help young women enjoy prom with confidence and dignity.

The same belief in young women’s potential extends beyond prom night. The scholarship welcomes applicants who are juniors or seniors, or are recent graduates, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Each applicant submits a 750-word essay, and the 2027 prompts are coming soon.
Windy likes to make occasions feel like occasions, and the Bridal Brunch Fitting shows it best.
For brides with a party of five or more, we close the entire boutique, set out a brunch buffet and mimosas, and dress the fitting suite in your wedding colors.
