Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment is needed.

Why make an appointment?
By scheduling an appointment, you are ensured to have a variety of gowns pre-selected just for you. Kiss Kouture consultants pre-select dresses and gowns based on your size and style requirements. In addition, customers who schedule appointments are guaranteed access to our exquisite dressing room.

What Type of payment do we accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash App, and Check (final or complete payment by check is not permitted).

Do we have layaway?
Yes, Kiss Kouture does have Layaway. A down payment of $100 is required for gowns under $400 after taxes. And a down payment of $150 is required for gowns more than $400 after taxes.

How do I know when I need to make a payment?
After placing a dress in layaway, payment will be expected once a month from the date of layaway. You will be notified that payment is expected, via phone or text, one week prior to your payment due date.

Will someone else have on my gown at prom?
As a formal gown store that offers many selections of prom gowns, we register all of the girls that purchase gowns from Kiss Kouture to Prom Registry.

What is Prom Registry?
Prom Registry is data base system that we have integrated with our system for local and non-local schools so that we may keep track of what gowns we have sold to girls going to Prom. Prom Registry lets us know when helping choose that perfect gown if someone will have the same gown as you. If the gown is already registered, we won’t sell it again to someone else EVEN is in a totally different color and size.

Is Kiss Kouture Open on holidays?
We are closed on holidays, ways that you could keep up with Kiss Kouture is following us on our social medias.

Do we make gowns?
Kiss Kouture does not custom make gowns.

Do we only sell prom gowns?
No Kiss Kouture sells a variety of gowns for many occasions. Such as, Homecoming, Formal, Semi-Formal, Black Tie Events, Mother of the bride/groom, Bridesmaids and more.

How can I keep up with promotional ads and sales?
From our website, go to our contact page and subscribe to our newsletter.

Does Kiss Kouture Buy pre worn gowns?

No Kiss Kouture is not a consignment or resale store. We do not purchase pre worn gowns.

Kiss Kouture Online Return/Exchange Policy

We recommend all customers get measured properly before ordering dresses. Please follow the guidelines of the size chart for the company of your choice.  All companies have different sizes.  All local customers may come in for the proper measurements. All merchandise purchased online are considered special order. There will be no returns or exchanges. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours. We will call to confirm order. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours we will proceed with the order.

Kiss Kouture Try-On Policy

When you visit our store you can try on as many dresses as you wish. All we ask is that you have on all of your undergarments when trying on the dresses.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes.  If exchanging you have within 24 hours of receiving your item, to email  Kiss Kouture regarding the problem with your item and 7 business days to return the item which the customer is responsible for.

Unauthorized returns will not be honored, and Kiss Kouture will not be responsible for any items returned without a tracking number. Kiss Kouture is not responsible for any items damaged as a result of improper care, including failure to follow all handling and cleaning instructions.   

How does exchanging the gown work?

All exchanges must be of equal value or more. Any items that are discontinued are FINAL SALE, they will not be eligible for exchanges.

When returning the gown it must be in the same condition as shipped to you. (Ex: On the hanger, Folded, In plastic/ garment bag, Tags and labels still intact.) 

All exchanges are subject to Management’s approval, it will be under Kiss Koutoure’s degradation if the gown will be allowed to be exchanged. 

What is the return policy?

Kiss Kouture does not issue refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you will be issued a Kiss Kouture EGift (Store Credit).

What happens if my package gets lost? 

Kiss Kouture is not responsible for any lost shipments. 

Exclusion:
Please note that unless the item is faulty, the following items will not be exchangeable.
-items that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
-sale items, markdown items, items sold during promotions.
-discontinued items.

Will I have to pay for Postage and fees?

Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, postage fees and rush fees cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s own expense. 
All returns must be shipped via UPS ONLY

Kiss Kouture  is an authorized retailer for ALL designers on our website.  All dresses will be shipped in the original packaging with authenticity tags attached. Beware of cheap imitation dresses for much lower cost. All of our stock come directly from the manufacturer to guarantee a genuine product for your money.
